摘要
针对中兴煤矿近距离煤层开采巷道支护难的问题,采用理论分析、数值模拟的方式,对下位煤层4503工作面运输巷位置与支护方式进行研究。结果表明:当内错距离增大时,运输巷围岩应力也逐渐变大,确定合理的内错距离为30 m。结合非对称支护对策,对原支护方式进行优化设计,监测显示:运输巷顶底板和两帮移近量累计分别达到241 mm和319 mm,之后趋于稳定。巷道变形最终稳定,总体支护效果良好。
Based on the difficult support of close distance coal seam mining of Zhongxing Mine,transportation roadway location and support of lower coal seam of 4503 working face were studied.The result showed that when the fault distance increased,the surrounding rock stress of transportation roadway gradually grew larger,the reasonable fault distance was settled as 30 m.Combined with symmetrical support,the original support was optimized,the monitoring results showed that the top and bottom plates of the transportation roadway and the two sides of the roadway reached 241 mm and 319 mm respectively,and then tended to be stable.The roadway deformation was stable and the overall supporting effect was good.
