超厚大坡度屋面芯模浮力试验研究 被引量:1

摘要 结合实际工程现场测试,得出了泵送混凝土浇筑对薄壁方箱坡屋面的上浮力,设计并验算了混凝土浇筑过程中的抗浮措施,进而研发了一种测试坡屋面芯模上浮力的高效试验方法。通过分析测试结果,讨论了浇筑薄壁方箱坡屋面时泵送混凝土的浇筑高度、速度、振捣情况与芯模上浮力的关系,并根据试验数据制定施工时控制芯模上浮的有效措施。 In this paper,combined with spot test of construction engineering,the floating of core mold resulted by the pump concrete's pouring on thin-walled square pitched roof was obtained,the anti floating measures in the concreting process were designed and checked,and a high efficiency test method for the floating of core mold relative to pitched roof was developed. Through the analysis of test results,the relation between the pouring height,the speed,the vibration of the pumping concrete and the floating of core mold in the concreting process of thin-walled square pitched roof were discussed. According to the test data,the measures to effectively control the floating of the core mold during construction are worked out.
