微课在生物制药综合实验教学中的应用探索

摘要 为了探讨微课结合传统教学方式在生物制药综合实验教学中的应用及效果,以南京林业大学2012和2013级生物制药专业学生作为研究对象,分别接受传统实验教学方式和微课辅助传统教学的授课方式。引入微课教学组的成绩(均分和高分段学生)明显优于传统教学组,学生对微课辅助的教学方式比较欢迎。实践证明,微课在实验教学中的应用可以提高学生的学习兴趣,培养自主学习能力,减轻教师在实验课堂上的教学压力,实现更好的教学效果,值得推广应用。 To investigate the application and evaluation of microlecture plus traditional teaching methods in biopharmaceutical comprehensive experiment teaching, students from Nanjing Forestry University of grade 2012 and 2013 major in biopharmaceutical were chosen as object of the study. Students of the two classes were practiced with traditional teaching method and microlecture plus traditional teaching method, respectively. The performance(average score and percent of high score students) of Class B students were obviously better than Class A students, and the microlecture was welcomed by students. Ability to learn independently and use knowledge flexibly were improved, and the grasp of experimental operation and the comprehension of experimental idea were enhanced. The practice has proved, application of microlecture in experimental course can help improve the study interests of students, cultivate independent learning ability, alleviate the teaching pressure of teachers in the experimental class, achieve better teaching results. So, microlecture is worth to be popularized.
