摘要
针对非承重十字焊接接头单侧、双侧裂纹两种情况,分别对其使用碳纤维复材进行单侧、双侧加固,通过有限元方法获得应力强度因子KI,利用NASGRO方程得到疲劳寿命,进而分别对在单侧、双侧裂纹下,两种碳纤维复材加固方法的效果进行比较与评估。结果表明:单侧裂纹时,单、双侧碳纤维复材加固均可提高结构的疲劳寿命,并且单侧加固效果略优于双侧;双侧裂纹时,双侧碳纤维复材加固可以显著提高结构疲劳寿命,但单侧加固反而缩短裂纹扩展寿命。为延长结构疲劳寿命、保证加固效果,需要根据单、双侧裂纹情况选择合适的加固方式。
In the paper,the non-load-bearing cruciform welded joints of unilateral and bilateral cracks were studied,which were reinforced respectively with CFRP sheets on single side or double sides. Stress intensity factor KIwas obtained through the finite element method while the fatigue life was estimated with NASGRO equation. And then respectively with regard to unilateral and bilateral crack,a comparison and evaluation on the effect of the two methods of CFRP reinforcement were conducted. The results showed that when cracks on single side,both single-side and double-side CFRP strengthening could improve the fatigue life of structure. Besides,unilateral reinforcement was slightly more effective than bilateral; when cracks were on both sides, bilateral CFRP strengthening could significantly improve the fatigue life of structure. But unexpectedly,the unilateral reinforcement reduced the crack propagation life. To extend the fatigue life of structure and guarantee the reinforcement effect,there was a need for choosing the appropriate means of reinforcement according to the single or double side crack situation.
