Objective To investigate the effect of butheptidine on cognitive function and cerebral blood flow in the treatment of patients with vascular mild cognitive impairment. Method A total of 92 patients with vascular mild cognitive impairment were selected as subjects. The systematic sampling method was used to divide the patients into two groups: control group and study group,46 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with piracetam, and patients in the study group were treated with butylphthalide. Clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, cognitive function before and after treatment, and cerebral blood flow velocity were observed and analyzed in both groups. Results The curative effect of the study group was statistically better than that of the control group( P〈0.05). There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups( P〈0.05). Comparing the cognitive function and cerebral blood flow velocity before treatment between the two groups, there was no significant difference( P〈0.05). Comparing the cognitive function and cerebral blood flow velocity after treatment between the two groups, the study group was superior to the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈0.05). Conclusion Butylphthalide has a good effect on cognitive function and cerebral blood flow in the treatment of patients with vascular mild cognitive impairment. Its clinical curative effect is clear and worthy of clinical application.
