彩超和钼靶对不同年龄早期乳腺癌的诊断价值分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究彩超和X线钼钯对不同年龄段女性早期浸润性乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选取郑州大学第一附属医院2013年1月至2017年3月期间经手术病理或空心针穿刺活检等方法证实的741例早期浸润性乳腺癌患者,术前均接受彩超和X线钼钯检查,根据年龄分成4组,每组年龄跨度为10岁,统计每组患者彩超和钼靶检查阳性数,通过X^2检验比较两种检查方法对每组浸润性乳腺癌的诊断准确率。结果 41~50岁的乳腺癌患者彩超和钼靶检出率比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);≤40岁和50岁以上患者高频彩超检出率比钼靶高,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论彩超检查对于年龄小于40岁(包括40岁)和50岁以上女性的乳腺癌筛查准确率更高;对于41~50岁女性的乳腺癌筛查,彩超和钼靶检查的准确率无差异。 Objective To compare the accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound and mammogram for early invasive breast cancer in different age groups. Methods A total of 741 cases were chosen confirmed by surgical biopsy or core needle biopsy to be early invasive breast cancer from January- of 2013 to May of 2017. The patients were divided into four groups, and the age span of each group was 10 years. The positive numbers color doppler ultrasound and mammogram in each group of confirmed patients were counted, and the accuracy of each screening method was compared byx: test. Results There was no significant difference in the detection rate of breast cancer between color doppler ultrasound and mammogram in 41 -50 years old women (P 〉 0. 05 ). The accuracy of ultrasound was higher than that of mammogram between less than 40 years ( including 40 years old) and over 50 years old (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The accuracy of color ultrasound examination is higher for women under 40 years old ( including 40 years old) and over 50 years old. There is no difference between color doppler ultrasound mammogram for 41 - 50 years old women with breast cancer screening.
