电针对膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效以及对骨性关节炎患者血浆CXCL10、IL-1β含量的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察电针治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效及其对KOA患者血浆CXCL10及IL-1β浓度的影响。方法:将39名KOA患者均采用电针疗法,每天电针1次,6次为一个疗程,一共治疗2个疗程,疗程间休息1天。分析比较治疗前后WOMAC、NRS评分及患者血浆CXCL10、IL-1β含量。结果:(1)电针治疗前与治疗后比较,WOMAC、NRS评分均有统计学意义(P〈0.05);(2)电针治疗后患者血浆CXCL10含量升高,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);(3)电针治疗后患者血浆IL-1β含量降低,与治疗前比较,具有显著性差异(P〈0.05)。结论:电针疗法能有效地缓解KOA患者的临床症状,特别是在镇痛方面。 Objective:To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture on knee osteoarthritis and its effect on plasma concentrations of CXCL10 and IL-1β in patients ith KOA. Methods:Thirty-nine KOA patients were treated with electroacupuncture,once a day,a course of 6 times,a total of 2 treatment courses. There was a rest for 1 day between two courses. The WOMAC,NRS score and plasma levels of CXCL10 and IL-1 β were measured and analyzed before and after treatment. Results:(1) Compared with baseline,both WOMAC score and NRS score reduced significantly after two courses' treatment( P〈0.05).(2) Plasma levels of CXCL10 significantly increased after EA treatment( P〈0.05).(3) Plasma levels of IL-1β decreased significantly after EA treatment( P〈0.05). Conclusion:Electroacupuncture therapy can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the KOA patients,especially in pain relief.
