摘要
目的探讨食管癌放化疗期间营养筛查评估及协同营养支持干预的效果。方法 60例接受同步放化疗治疗的食管癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。2组患者入院后均接受营养风险筛查,对照组采用常规营养护理,观察组采用协同营养支持干预。干预4周后,对比2组相关营养指标水平,记录并发症发生情况。结果干预后,观察组血红蛋白、前清蛋白、淋巴细胞计数和总蛋白指标优于对照组(P<0.01)。放化疗期间并发症包括放射性肺炎、放射性食管炎、呕吐和骨髓抑制,2组并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论食管癌患者同步放化疗期间接受营养筛查评估和协同营养支持干预,可改善营养状况,保障治疗安全。
Objective To evaluate the nutrition risk screening and collaborative nutrition support in patients w ith radiotherapy and chemotherapy for esophageal cancer. Methods Totally 60 patients w ith concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for esophageal cancer w ere assigned to the observation group and the control group,w ith 30 cases in each group. Patients of both tw o groups received nutrition risk screening before treatment. During concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the routine nutrition intervention w as adopted in the control group,and the collaborative nutrition support w as carried out in the observation group. The levels of nutritional indexes and complications induced by radiotherapy and chemotherapy w ere observed and compared betw een tw o groups at 4 w eeks after the intervention. Results Patients of the observation group achieved a better improvement in levels of hemoglobin,prealbumin,lymphocyte counts and total protein compared w ith those of patients in the control group（ P 〈0. 01）. The main complications included radiation pneumonitis,radiation esophagitis,vomit and myelosuppression,and there w as no significant difference in the complication rate betw een tw o groups（ P 〉0. 05）. Conclusion The collaborative nutrition support based on the nutrition risk screening is effecfive to improve the nutritional status of patients during concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for esophageal cancer.
