摘要
目的观察PFNA治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的优质护理效果。方法将68例行PFNA治疗的老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组30例患者行普通护理,观察组38例患者行优质护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果、并发症、住院时间已经护理满意度等。结果Harris评分:观察组为(69.13±6.54)分,对照组为(60.32±7.91)分,观察组高于对照组(t=5.03,P=0.000);并发症发生率:观察组为5.26%,低于对照组的26.67%(χ2=4.54,P=0.033);住院时间:观察组平均(12.1±2.3)d,对照组平均(15.6±3.4)d,观察组均低于对照组(t=5.05,P=0.000);护理满意度:观察组为97.37%,高于对照组的76.67%(χ2=5.25,P=0.022)。结论优质护理能提高治疗效果,减少并发症的发生及住院时间,具有较高的满意度。
Objective To observe the quality nursing effect of PFNA in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly.Methods 68 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures treated with PFNA were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the control group,30 patients underwent general care,and 38 patients in the observation group underwent quality care.The treatment effect,complications,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results Harris score：（69.13±6.54）in the observation group and（60.32±7.91）in the control group.The observation group was higher than the control group（t=5.03,P =0.000）.The complication rate was 5.26%in the observation group,which is lower than the control group of 26.67%（χ^2=4.54,P =0.033）;hospitalization time：the observation group average（12.1±2.3）d,the control group average（15.6±3.4）d.The observation group was lower than the control group（t=5.05,P =0.000）;Nursing satisfaction：97.37%in the observation group,76.67% higher than the control group（χ^2=5.25,P =0.022）.Conclusion Quality nursing can improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of complications and hospitalization time,and has high satisfaction.
