摘要
介绍采用滑动阻力试验机测试汽车橡胶密封条的滑动阻力。滑动阻力试验机主要由伺服电缸驱动装置、密封条固定平台、力量侦测系统和计算机操作系统组成,还可配备低温测试槽,可测试摩擦玻璃在不同位置时橡胶密封条的滑动阻力,为橡胶密封条结构设计提供有力支持。
The sliding resistance tester was used to test the sliding resistance of automotive rubber seals. Sliding resistance testing machine was mainly composed of servo electric cylinder driving device,seal positioning platform,force detection system and computer system. It could also be equipped with low temperature testing chamber. This tester could test the sliding resistance of rubber sealing strip when friction glass was in different positions and the test results provided strong support for rubber seal structure design.
