摘要
文章构建了长江经济带区域间投入产出模型,并依据该模型估算了上、下游制造业出口在长江经济带内的跨区域带动能力和外向型产业链的产业规模。研究结果表明:上、下游制造业出口带动力和带动产出值最高的是少数重化工业行业;上、中游受下游制造业出口带动产出占比超过本区域总产出10%的行业共7个,主要为重化工业行业,而中、下游受上游制造业出口带动产出占比除通信设备业外均在1%以下。为实现长江经济带战略定位的兼容,可通过央企的整合推动污染负荷较大、进口原材料依赖程度较高的行业和企业向长三角沿海地区进一步集聚。
The paper builds an inter-regional input-output model of the Yangtze River Economic Bone. Based on the model,the paper calculates the transregional driving capacity of manufacturing exports in the upper and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the industrial scale of export-oriented industrial chain. The results show that： The industries with the highest driving capability are the heavy chemical industries in the upper and lower reaches of the Yangtze River Economic Belt; Seven industries in the upper and middle reaches,mainly the heavy chemical industries,have more than 10% of the total output in the area driven by downstream manufacturing exports. Whereas in the middle and lower reaches,all industries are below 1% in addition to the communications equipment industry. The paper argues that the principle of layout of the manufacturing sector in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is to minimize the weighted total distance of pollution logistics through the Yangtze River,which can be achieved by the integration of central enterprises to promote the gathering of industries highly pollutive and dependent on imported raw materials in coastal areas in the Yangtze River Delta.
