摘要
目的探讨延续护理对输尿管结石术后携带双"J"管出院患者并发症及满意度的影响效果。方法选择本院泌尿外科80例输尿管结石术后携带双"J"管出院的患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组接受常规护理,观察组在此基础上接受延续护理模式,比较2组患者并发症发生情况、满意度指标。结果观察组患者腰胀痛、肉眼血尿、膀胱刺激征、双"J"管移位的发生率分别为5.0%、2.5%、5.0%、2.5%,低于对照组的15.0%、12.5%、17.5%、12.5%(P<0.05);观察组患者总满意率为97.5%,高于对照组的87.5%(P<0.05)。结论延续护理应用于输尿管结石术后携带双"J"管出院患者中,能够显著降低腰胀痛、肉眼血尿、膀胱刺激征和双"J"管移位等并发症的发生率,并提高患者的护理满意度,是一种有效的临床护理模式。
Objective To investigate effect of continuous nursing on complications and nursing satisfaction in patients with double J tube discharge after ureteral calculi operation. Methods A total of 80 patients with ureteral calculi in department of urology surgery were selected as research subjects in our hospital,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group adopted routine perioperative nursing intervention,while the observation group was given continuous nursing intervention based on the control group. Complications,patients’ satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed. Results The incidence rate of the waist distension pain,gross hematuria,bladder irritation and double ＂ J＂ tube shift were 5. 0%,2. 5%,5. 0% and 2. 5% respectively,which were lower than 15. 0%,12. 5%,17. 5%,12. 5%,respectively,in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）.The total satisfaction was 97. 5% in the observation group,which was high than 87. 5% in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Continuous care for patients with ureteral calculi who carry double J tube discharge could significantly reduce the incidence of complications such as waist pain,gross hematuria,bladder irritation and double J tube shift,and improve patients’ care satisfaction.
