摘要
目的探讨熊胆开明片对青光眼睫状体炎综合征患者血清白介素-4(IL-4)及γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)的影响,并评估其临床效果。方法 147例青光眼睫状体炎综合征患者随机分为试验组和对照组(n=69),对照组采用治疗卡替洛尔滴眼液及典必殊滴眼液治疗,试验组加用熊胆开明片治疗,分析2种治疗方案治疗的患者的血清IL-4及IFN-γ水平及临床效果。结果治疗后,2组的血清IL-4及IFN-γ均有显著改善,且试验组患者的血清IL-4及IFN-γ明显优于对照组(P<0.01),眼压、角膜后沉着物KP及临床症状积分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),试验组在总有效率中也具有显著优势(P<0.01)。结论应用熊胆开明片有助于改善青光眼睫状体炎综合征患者血清IL-4及IFN-γ水平,消除临床症状,改善视力状况。
Objective To investigate the effects of Xiongdankaiming tablets on serum levels of interleukin-4（IL-4）and γinterferon（IFN-γ） in patients with glaucomato cyclitic syndrome,and to evaluate its clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 147 patients with glaucomato cyclitic syndrome were randomly divided into the experimental group（n = 78） and the control group（n = 69）. The patients in control group were treated with carteolol eye drops and tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops（Dianbishu）,and those in the experimental group were treated with Xiongdankaiming tablets. The serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ and clinical curative effects were observed and compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in both groups were significantly improved,which in experimental group were significantly better than those in control group（P〈0. 01）. Moreover the intraocular pressure,keratic precipitates（KP） and clinical symptom scores in experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P〈0. 01）. In addition,the total effective rate in experimental group was superior to that in control group（P〈0. 01）. Conclusion Xiongdankaiming tablets can improve the serum levels of IL-4 and IFN-γ in patients with glaucomato cyclitic syndrome,eliminate clinical symptoms and mprove eyesight.
