摘要
在大学毕业生就业难的情况下,女研究生就业困难引起了高等院校研究生就业教育工作者的特殊关注。以研究生就业教育管理为视角,从女研究生就业价值观、生涯规划、职业素养、形势研判和就业观念等主观方面产生的就业问题入手,研究生就业教育没有完善的研究生就业指导体系,缺乏专业化研究生就业指导队伍,无创新的研究生就业教育内容和形式。究其原因是隐形性别歧视困惑女研究生就业,导致女研究生就业教育指导体系不完善;女性研究生职业生涯规划缺乏针对性,凸显研究生就业教育专业化建设欠缺;研究生就业教育没有进行市场细分,女研究生就业教育内容与形式亟待创新。因此,研究生教育以专业人才培养为核心,以提升就业能力为目的,创新研究生就业教育内容,发挥研究生教育专兼职教育工作者的积极性、主动性和能动性,实行思想政治教育、职业生涯规划教育、社会实践教育和就业指导教育的资源整合,坚持课堂教育和课外教育相结合,强化女研究生思想政治教育;现实教育和网络教育相结合,开展多渠道研究生就业教育;校内实践和校外锻炼相结合,强化校企合作开展专业人才培养。切实提升女研究生就业能力,有效解决女研究生就业难题。
In the situation that college graduates are confronted with difficulties in employment, the employmentdifficulty of female postgraduates has attracted special attention from the educators who are engaged in theemployment education of postgraduates in colleges and universities. From the perspective of the employmenteducation and management of postgraduates, this paper, starting with subjective problems facing femalepostgraduates in employment such as the values on employment, the planning of career, the accomplishment ofprofession, the judgment of situation and the concept on employment, analyses the existing problems in theemployment education and career planning of postgraduates: lacking of a complete employment guidance system,lacking of a professionalized team of employment guidance, and lacking of creative contents and forms ofemployment education. All the problems above are caused by the following facts: the invisible sex discriminationperplexes female postgraduates who are seeking for employment, which leads to the incompletion of the employmentguidance system for female postgraduates; the career planning of female postgraduates lacks pertinence, whichobviously shows that the employment education of postgraduates fails in professionalization; and there is no carefulclassification of the job market in the employment education of postgraduates, which indicates that both the contentand form of the employment education of female postgraduates needs to be innovated very urgently. The education ofpostgraduates should take the cultivation of professional personnel as core, treat the improvement of employmentability as purpose, innovate the content of the employment education of postgraduates, develop the enthusiasm andinitiative of both full-time and part-time educationists who are engaged in postgraduate education, integrate the resources of ideological and political education, career planning education, social practice education andemployment guidance education, insist on the combination of classroom education with extra-curricular education,strengthen the ideological and political education of female postgraduates, combine general education with Networkeducation to broaden the access to postgraduate education, combine in-school practice with out-school practice andstrengthen the school-enterprise cooperation to cultivate professional personnel. All the proposals above are aimedat improving female postgraduates' ability of employment really and solving their difficulties in employmenteffectively.
