两种高准确度测量光学玻璃折射率方法的比较

摘要 实验使用德国Trioptics公司生产的SpectroMaster HR UV-VIS-IR型折射率测量设备,采用最小偏向角法和封闭式直角照射法,对多种材料玻璃的不同谱线进行折射率测量,并分析比较这两种方法。实验结果为最小偏向角法不确定度1.1×10^(-6),封闭式直角照射法不确定度2.2×10^(-6)。最小偏向角法优于封闭式直角照射法,但如果能解决平行光管出射光的平行度等因素,封闭式直角照射法同样有前景。精密测量光学玻璃材料折射率对于航天、航空领域有重要意义。 A SpectroMaster HR UV-VIS-IR (Trioptics,Germany) measurement is used in the metrological research of refractive index measurement of multiple materials glass of different spectrum by minimum deflection angle method and closed right angle irradiation method. The experimental results show- that the uncertainty of the minimum deflection angle method is 1.1×10^-6, and the uncertainty of the closed right angle irradiation method is 2.2×10^-6. The minimum deflection angle method is better than the closed right angle irradiation method, but if we can solve the parallelism of parallel light pipe and other factors, closed right angle irradiation method has the same prospect. Measureing the refractive index of optical glass material accurately has become increasingly important for aerospace and aviation.
