摘要
在我国社会经济和科学技术持续发展背景下,我国医疗事业也取得很大的进步,也加大了对新入职护士规范化培训力度,使得新入职护士可以快速的进入工作状态,为患者提供更好的服务。同时对提高医院医疗水平也具有明显作用。然而,从各大医院对新入职护士规范化培训的现状来看,整体的培训效果不够理想,无论是培训制度,还是护理人力资源方面都还有待完善。基于此,在本文中,对新入职护士规范化培训阶段存在的问题进行分析,并在此基础上提出具有针对性的应对策略,以此提高新入职护士专业化水平,为患者提供更加优质的服务,也推动着医疗机构健康、持续发展。
Under the background of the continuous development of social economy and science and technology in our country,medical career in our country also have made great progress,and strengthen the standardization training for new nurses,which makes the new nurse can quickly enter the working state,to provide better services for patients.It also plays a significant role in improving hospital medical level.However,from the present situation of standardization training in each big hospital at present,the whole training effect is not ideal,both the training system and nursing human resources remains to be perfect.In this article,the existing problems of new nurse in standardized training phase were analyzed,and to put forward the coping strategies of targeted on this basis,in order to improve the new nurses professional level,provide patients with better service,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of medical institutions.
