摘要 聚乙烯醇是一种无色、无毒、高阻隔、可生物降解的水溶性高分子聚合物材料,在医疗、卫生、食品等多个领域有着不可替代的应用。以聚乙烯醇、聚乳酸、季戊四醇、甘露醇为原料,采用熔融成型加工方法制备了聚乙烯醇样品。通过拉伸试验、冲击试验、白度测试及熔体流动速率测试对样品的力学性能、外观颜色及加工流动性进行了研究。研究结果表明:当甘露醇与季戊四醇复配增塑剂的用量为30%,PLA的用量为4%时,改性PVA材料的综合性能最佳,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、冲击强度、熔体流动速率、白度、熔点分别为46 MPa、64%、35 kJ/m^2、3.0 g/10min、37.9%、195℃。 Polyvinyl alcohol was a colorless, non-toxic, high barrier, biodegradable water-soluble polymer material, which had irreplaceable applieations in medical, health, food and other fields. Polyvinyl alcohol samples were prepared by melt mohling method using polyvinyl alcohol, poly (lactic acid), pentaerythritol and mannitol. The mechanical properties, appearance color and processing fluidity of the samples were studied by tensile test, impaet test, whiteness test and melt flow rate test. The results showed that the modified PVA had the best properties when the dosage of mannitol and pentaerythritol was 30% and the amount of PLA was 4%. Its tensile strength, elongation at break, impact strength, meh flow rate, whiteness, melting point were 46 MPa, 64% , 35 kJ/m^2, 3.0 g/10min, 37.9% , 195 ℃.
