摘要
目的:探讨食管癌患者经右胸上腹食管癌根治术治疗的效果。方法:随机选取某院收治的32例食管癌患者为观察组,给予经右胸上腹食管癌根治术治疗,另选取同期收治的32例食管癌患者为对照组,予左胸入路食管癌根治术,对比分析2组患者治疗效果、手术相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后总有效率(96.88%)高于对照组(81.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的术中出血量、手术时间、胸腔引流管留置时间、住院时间均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);并发症发生率观察组(3.12%)低于对照组(21.87%),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌患者经右胸上腹食管癌根治术治疗效果显著,具有术中出血量少、手术时间缩短、并发症少、利于患者恢复等优点。
Objective： To explore the effect of esophagectomy via right chest combined with upper abdomen route in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods： 32 patients with esophageal cancer were selected randomly as the observation group,and underwent esophagectomy via right chest combined with upper abdomen route. Another 32 patients with esophageal cancer were chosen as the control group,and underwent left thoracic esophageal cancer radical surgery. The curative effect,surgical related indicators and incidence of complications of the two groups were comparatively analyzed.Results： The total effective rate in the observation group（ 96.88%） after treatment was higher than that in the control group（ 81.25%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.The intraoperative blood loss,operation time,chest drainage tube retention time and hospitalization time in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the differences being statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of complications in the observation group（ 3.12%） after treatment was lower than that in the control group（ 21.87%）,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Esophagectomy via right chest combined with upper abdomen route has significant effect on the treatment of esophageal cancer patients,which has less blood loss,and can shorten the operation time,decrease the incidence of complications,and reduce hospitalization time. It is conducive to patients＇ recovery and has great clinical significance.
