摘要
高速电主轴的动态特性直接影响加工中心的加工精度和可靠性。以某型号电主轴为研究对象,运用ANSYS Workbench对其进行动力学特性分析,得到该电主轴的固有频率、振型图和Campbell图。通过分析可知该主轴的工作转速远离临界转速,由谐响应分析得到电主轴的幅频曲线并进行了动刚度分析,结果表明该电主轴的动刚度设计满足要求。
The dynamic characteristics of high speed motorized spindles have direct effect o the accuracy and reliability of the machining center. With the motorized spindle of a certain type as the research object,using the ANSYS Workbench for analysis of its dynamic characteristics,the natural frequency and vibration type diagram and Campbell diagram are obtained,and the analysis shows the working speed of the spindle is far away from its critical speed;through harmonic response analysis,the amplitude frequency response curve of the spindle is obtained and its dynamic stiffness is analyzed,with the calculation result showing that the dynamic stiffness design of this spindle meets the requirements.
