摘要
基于城市规划、管理和建设对基础地理信息数据的需求大、数据质量以及现势性要求高的特点,创新性地通过空间数据标准制定与模板封装、动态范围线及数据交换系统的开发和使用,实现了一体化作业模式,对基础地理信息系统的动态更新进行了研究及实践。
The urban planning,management and construction of large demand for basic geographic information and the high requirements for the quality and current potential of the data. Based on these characteristics,developed spatial data standards and encapsulated template,developed and employed dynamic range line and data exchange system,and realized integration,researched and practiced dynamic updates of basic geographic information systems.
