红蓝光配比对长白山牛皮杜鹃非光化学淬灭的影响 被引量:1

Effect of red and blue ratio on non-photochemical quenching of Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall. in Changbai Mountain

摘要 牛皮杜鹃(Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall.)属常绿杜鹃花亚属植物,主要生长于我国的长白山岳桦林下和高山苔原上.本文以长白山牛皮杜鹃为实验材料,探究不同红蓝光配比对牛皮杜鹃非光化学淬灭的影响,设置6种不同红蓝光配比(B:蓝光,R:红光),分别为0B/100R、15B/85R、30B/70R、50B/50R、75B/25R、100B/0R,对牛皮杜鹃苗进行光照处理,利用IMAGING-PAM调制式叶绿素荧光成像系统测定不同红蓝光配比下培养60 d的牛皮杜鹃进行叶绿素荧光参数.结果表明:不同红蓝光配比下长白山牛皮杜鹃的NPQ随着光照强度的増高而呈现上升趋势,当光强到达150μmol·m^(-2)·s^(-1)后趋于平缓,对照组NPQ数值大于实验组,差异显著,说明长白山牛皮杜鹃在强光下其光保护机制能够做出迅速的调整,合理分配能量的去路,能够承受强光的照射;光照条件下,牛皮杜鹃的光合机构中的PSII反应中心受到影响,产生光抑制,非光化学淬灭过程耗散了未利用的过剩的光能,起到了保护作用;不同的红蓝光配比下非光化学淬灭曲线变化不同,自我光保护机制也不同.本研究为探究光质对长白山牛皮杜鹃的影响提供理论基础. Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall. is a subgenus of evergreen Rhododendron,mainly grown in the birch forest and alpine tundra of Changbai Mountain. In this study,the effect of different red and blue ratio on the non-photochemical quenching of Rhododendron was studied by using the Rhododendron as experimental material. Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall. seedlings were treated with six red and blue ratios( B: Blue,R: Red),0 B/100 R,15 b/85 r,30 b/70 r,50 b/50 r,75 B/25 R,100 b/0 R respectively. Then IMAGING-PAM modulated chlorophyll fluorescence imaging system were used to determine the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters under different red and blue ratios. The results showed that the NPQ of Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall. with different red and blue ratio showed an upward trend with the increase of illumination intensity,and when the light strength reached 150 μmol m-2 s-1,the control group NPQ was higher than that of the experimental group,which showed that the light protection mechanism could make rapid adjustment in the experimental group under strong light,and the path of rational distribution of energy,can withstand strong light exposure. PSII reaction center in the photosynthetic mechanism of Rhododendron was affected under light,resulting in light inhibition,and the non-photochemical quenching process dissipated the unused excess energy and played a protective role. The non-photochemical quenching curve varied with different red and blue ratio,and the mechanism of self-light protection was different. The research provided a theoretical basis for exploring the effect of light quality on Rhododendron chrysanthum Pall.
