摘要
目的探讨剖宫产患者采用欣母沛联合改良式预防性B-Lynch缝合术及子宫按摩对出血量的影响。方法选择2017年9月—2018年2月我院行剖宫产手术的产妇118例,按掷硬币法随机分为2组,每组各59例。对照组采用常规止血治疗,观察组采用欣母沛联合改良式预防性B-Lynch缝合术及子宫按摩,比较2组出血量、并发症发生率。结果观察组术中出血量、产后2 h出血量及产后24 h出血量均较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后产褥感染较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后再出血、宫腔粘连及肠梗阻等并发症发生率均略低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产患者采用欣母沛联合改良式预防性B-Lynch缝合术及子宫按摩可减少术中及产后出血量,降低并发症发生率,改善患者预后。
Objective To investigate the effect of Hemabate combined with improved preventive B-Lynch suture and uterine massage on intraoperative bleeding volume in patients with cesarean section.Methods 118 pregnant women with cesarean section in our hospital from September 2017 to February 2018 were selected,and they were randomly divided into two groups by coin flipping,with 59 cases in each group. Control group was given routine hemostasis,while observation group was given Hemabate combined with improved preventive B-Lynch suture and uterine massage.The bleeding volume and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative bleeding volume, postpartum 2h and 24h bleeding volume in observation group were lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）.The
incidence of puerperal infection in observation group was lower than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The incidence of postoperative rebleeding,intrauterine adhesion,intestinal obstruction in observation group was slightly lower than that in control group,but there was no statistical difference （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Hemabate combined with improved preventive B-Lynch suture and uterine massage for patients with cesarean section can reduce intraoperative and postpartum bleeding volume,decrease the incidence of complications and improve the prognosis of patients.
