摘要 同煤集团东周窑矿4~#层南盘区胶带巷为高应力巷道,变形严重,支护极其困难。原采用锚网喷支护方式,返修次数多,且无法达到预期支护效果。通过围岩变形机理,结合松动圈测试结果,采用FLAC3D数值模拟优化支护参数,进行工业性试验,得到最大移近量仅13mm,解决了高应力巷道的支护难题,保证了矿井安全生产。 The belt conveyor roadway of south panel in the 4~# seam of Dongzhouyao Mine is a high stress roadway. It's deformed seriously and is difficult to support. The original way of bolt-wiring mesh spray support is unable to achieve the desired effect because of the high number of rework. By surrounding rock deform mechanism, combined with loose circle test results, and by means of FLAC3D numerical simulation, industrial test was conducted, which obtained the maximum convergence 13 mm, solving the high stress roadway support problems, and ensuring the safety production of mine.
