摘要
下分层综采工作面末采回收期间,出架空间的施工多采用人工爆破作业方式,需要人工打眼放炮、出渣、支护顶板,存在安全系数低、工人劳动强度大、工作效率低等不利因素。而采用采煤机割煤、出渣,实现作业方式的机械化,具有安全系数高、工人劳动强度小、工作效率高等优点。
The lower layer working face has been using artificial blasting operation in the last cutting stope of fully mechanized working face, in which manual drilling and blasting, slag, supporting roof are needed, and there exist such unfavorable factors as low safety factor, high labor intensity and low working efficiency etc. The coal mining machine is used to cut coal and slag, so as to realize the mechanization of the operation mode, and has the advantages of high safety coefficient, low labor intensity and high work efficiency.
