冠心病心力衰竭患者联合应用曲美他嗪与美托洛尔对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探究冠心病心力衰竭患者联合应用曲美他嗪与美托洛尔对血浆脑钠肽(BNP)的影响。方法:收治冠心病心力衰竭患者90例,随机分为两组。对照组给予美托洛尔治疗,研究组给予曲美他嗪联合美托洛尔治疗,比较两组临床疗效及BNP水平。结果:研究组治疗总有效率100%,明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后BNP水平明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:联合应用曲美他嗪与美托洛尔可有效改善冠心病心力衰竭患者的BNP水平,临床疗效较好。 Objective:To explore the effect of trimetazidine combined with metoprolol on brain natriuretic peptide(BNP) in plasma of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure.Methods:90 cases of patients with coronary heart disease and heart failure were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the research group was treated with trimetazidine combined with metoprolol.The clinical effect and BNP levels in plasma between groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 100%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The level of BNP in the research group was significantly better than that of the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Trimetazidine combined with metoprolol could improve the level in plasma in patients with CHD and heart failure effectively,and the clinical effect was better.
