摘要
目的分析探讨护理风险管理教育对减少实习护生医疗差错、提升护理满意度的临床应用效果。方法将2015年6月—2017年6月在该院实习的100名实习护生作为研究对象,以2015年6月—2016年6月在该院实习的50名实习护生作为实验对照组,对其护理效果进行回顾性分析,将2016年7月—2017年6月在该院实习的50名实习护生作为观察组,对其进行护理风险管理教育,分析比较开展教育前后两组实习护生医疗差错及护理满意度情况。结果未实施护理风险管理的对照组中出现12件护理不良事件,6件医疗纠纷,患者对护理的满意度为82.00%,观察组中则发生4件护理不良事件,3件医疗纠纷,患者对护理的满意度为98.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理风险管理教育可有效减少实习护生医疗差错事件,提升患者对护理的满意度,有效地提升了实习护生的护理质量,具有临床推广价值。
Objective To analyze and study the effect of nursing risk management education on reducing the medical errors and improving the satisfactory degree of practicing nursing students. Methods 100 cases of practicing nursing students in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected, and 50 cases of practice nursing students in our hospital from June2015 to June 2016 were selected as the control group, and the nursing effect was reviewed, and 50 cases of practice nursing students in our hospital from June 2016 to July 2017 were used as the observation group, and for nursing risk management education, and the medical errors and nursing satisfactory degree of the two groups before and after the development of the education were compared. Results In the control group, there were 12 nursing adverse events, 6 medical disputes, and the satisfactory degree of patients was 82.00%, in the observation group, there were 4 nursing adverse events, 3 medical disputes, and the satisfactory degree of patients to nursing was 98.00%, and the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The nursing risk management education can effectively reduce the medical errors of practice nursing students, improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients and effectively improve the nursing quality of nursing students,with clinical promotion value.
