摘要
随着新建本科院校的转型发展,创新创业人才的培养成为各高校人才培养的重点,本文分析了新建本科院校创新创业人才培养存在的问题,探讨了创新创业人才培养的途径。
With the transition of newly-built undergraduate education institutions,the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents has become the key point of talent training in universities.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the training of these talents in such institutions with a discussion on the methods for their cultivation.
