摘要
为了探析他汀类药物治疗脑出血合并高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性,择取2017年1月—2018年5月间本院神经内科收治脑出血合并有高脂血症160例,随机分为治疗组(n=80)与对照组(n=80),对治疗组患者通过他汀类药物进行治疗,对照组患者仅进行饮食管理,同时进行8~12个月的随访工作。并观察两组患者的总胆固醇、谷丙转氨酶、低密度的脂蛋白胆固醇以及肌酸激酶水平变化情况与卒中的复发情况。结果:治疗组患者的总胆固醇以及低密度的脂蛋白胆固醇水平均有明显得到降低,P<0.05存在统计学的意义。相比于对照组,治疗组患者的再次脑出血风险未见增加(P>0.05),而谷丙转氨酶以及肌酸激酶的水平未见有明显的升高(P>0.05)。结论:他汀类的药物在治疗急性脑出血合并有高脂血症的患者上疗效好且安全,该类药物值得进行临床推广应用。
In order to explore the clinical efficacy and safety of statins in the treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage with hyperlipidemia,160 cases of intracerebral hemorrhage combined with hyperlipidemia were selected from May 2017 to May 2018 in our hospital. They were randomly divided into treatment group（ n = 80） and control group（ n = 80）. The patients in the treatment group were treated with statin drugs. The control group patients only had diet management and they were followed up for 8-12 months. The changes of total cholesterol, alanine aminotransferase, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,creatine kinase and stroke recurrence were observed in both groups. The total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels in the treatment group were significantly reduced,P〈0. 05 was statistically significant. Compared with the control group,the risk of recurrent cerebral hemorrhage in the treatment group was not increased（ P〈0. 05）,but the levels of alanine aminotransferase and creatine kinase were not significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）. Statin drugs are effective and safe in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage and hyperlipidemia. These drugs are worthy of clinical application.
