MSCT与SPECT断层显像测量甲状腺模型体积可靠性的研究

摘要 (1)目的对比MSCT和SPECT断层显像2种方法测量仿真甲状腺模型体积的可靠性。(2)方法使用GE128层螺旋CT(GE公司LightspeedVCT)分别对实测体积为15、20、26、35、42、55、60、70、76、82cm3的10个仿真甲状腺模型(使用橡皮泥制作、两头尖薄、中间宽厚,其实际体积通过排水法来计算)进行连续扫描,利用AW4.6工作站的体积计算功能(手动勾边法)进行图像后处理,后处理层厚为2mm,计算甲状腺模型体积;使用GE公司SPECT(GE公司Infininia HawkeyeVc4)对上述制作的10个模型进行连续的扫描,采用SPECT自带的应用软件来计算模型的体积;分别把MSCT、SPECT的测量结果与甲状腺模型实际的体积进行比较,采用配对t检验及直线相关分析。(3)结果 MSCT法甲状腺的测量体积与实验模型的真实体积无统计学意义(t=-1.222,P=0.253),两者有高度相关性(r=0.999,P<0.001);SPECT断层显像法甲状腺的测量体积与实验模型的真实体积无统计学意义(t=-0.145,P=0.888),两者有高度相关性(r=0.997,P<0.001);MSCT与SPECT断层显像2种方法甲状腺的测量体积无统计学意义(t=-0.675,P=0.517),两者有高度相关性(r=0.997,P<0.001)。(4)结论 MSCTS与SPECT断层显像均能够准确测量甲状腺体积,且2种测量方法无统计学意义。 Objective Compare the reliability of MSCT and SPECT tomography imaging to measure the volume of simulated thyroid model.Methods Used the GE128 layersMulti-slice spiral CT(GEcompany LightspeedVCT)to perform a continuous scan of10 simulated thyroid models,the volume of thyroid modelswas15,20,26,35,42,55,60,70,76,82 cm3.(the model was made of dough and the shape is medium and thick,with thin ends.The actual volume is calculated by drainage);Used the volumetric calculation function of AW4.6 workstation(manual hook edge method)to process the image and calculate the volume of thyroid model,the slice thickness of image processing was 2 mm;Usedthe SPECT of GE company to perform a tomography scan of 10 simulated thyroid models above-mentioned,used the volume software of the SPECT to calculate the volume of thyroid model;The results of measuring method by MSCT and SPECT were compared with the actual volume of thyroid model,the statistical method was Paired t test and Linear correlation analysis.Results There was no difference between the volume of thyroid measured by MSCT and the actual volume of experimental model(t=-1.222,P =0.253),which had a high correlation(r=0.999,P 〈0.001).There was no difference between the volume of thyroid by SPECT measurement and the actual volume of experimental model(t=-0.145,P=0.888),which had a high correlation(r =0.997,P 〈0.001).There was no difference between the volume of thyroid measured by MSCT and SPECT(t =-0.675,P =0.517),and the two were highly correlated(r =0.997,P 〈0.001).Conclusion Both methods by SPECT and MSCT can accurately measure the thyroid volume,and there is no statistically difference between the two methods.
