摘要
构建现代学徒制课程体系是实施现代学徒制人才培养模式的基础。本文以徐州生物工程职业技术学院药品生物技术专业为例,分析了药品生物技术专业实施现代学徒制人才培养模式的现状,通过职业能力分析重建课程体系结构,建立符合区域行业企业发展的现代学徒制课程体系。
The construction of modern apprenticeship system is the basis for the implementation of modernapprenticeship personnel training mode. Taking the pharmaceutical biotechnology major of Xuzhou Vocationgal College of Bioengineering as an example, In this paper, the current situation of the training modeof modern apprenticeship talents in pharmaceutical biotechnology specialty is analyzed, and reconstructsthe curriculum system structure through the analysis of professional ability and establishes the structure ofthe curriculum system. A modern apprenticeship curriculum system conforming to the development of regional industrial enterprises.
