铰式波形锚的碳纤维板预应力加固技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了研究铰式波形锚锚具体系的工作性能以及碳纤维板预应力加固方案的可行性以及实际加固效果,本文以河南省焦作市沁河特大桥和云阳河桥两座桥为例,通过对碳纤维板预应力张拉强度的影响因素进行分析,研究了锚具系统的锚固效率和受力均匀度。对加固后的箱梁进行静载试验,观测数据表明:通过对箱梁梁底施加预应力,增加了结构的耐久性能,达到了提高构件承载能力的目的。指出波形锚具有结构简单、锚固可靠的优点,碳纤维板预应力加固技术具有传统碳纤维加固技术与体外预应力都无法比拟的优势。 In this paper, in order to study working performance of hinge-type wave anchor system and feasibility as well as actual reinforcement effect of carbon fiber plate prestress, taking Qinhe grand bridge and Yunyang river bridge in Jiaozuo,Henan province as two examples, the author researched anchoring efficiency and stress uniformity of anchorage system through analyzing influence factors of tension strength of prestress of carbon fiber plate. And, static load test was carried out on reinforced box girder. The observational data showed by applying prestress to the bottom of box girder, the durability of the structure was increased, and the purpose of improving bearing capacity of the components was achieved. Then, the author pointed out that wave anchorage has advantages of simple structure and reliable anchorage, and prestress reinforcement technology has advantages are incomparable by traditional reinforcement technology of carbon fiber and external prestress.
