摘要
目的探讨结构化皮肤护理在预防大便失禁患者失禁性皮炎发生中的效果。方法选取2016年1月~2017年12月我院收治的180例大便失禁患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组、研究组,每组90例。对照组予以常规护理,研究组予以结构化皮肤护理。比较两组患者的失禁性皮炎发生情况、压疮发生情况、满意度评分、疼痛评分、并发症发生情况。结果研究组患者的失禁性皮炎总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的压疮总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的满意度评分显著高于对照组,且疼痛评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症总发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结构化皮肤护理可显著降低大便失禁患者失禁性皮炎、压疮及并发症发生率,显著降低患者痛苦程度,提高其满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of structured skin care in preventing incontinent dermatitis in fecal incontinence patients.Methods A total of 180 fecal incontinence patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and research group,with 90 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the study group received structured skin nursing.The occurrence of incontinent dermatitis,pressure sores,satisfaction score,pain score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total incidence of incontinent dermatitis in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The total incidence of pressure sores in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction score of the patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the pain score was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.The total incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Structured skin care can significantly reduce the incidence of incontinent dermatitis,pressure sores and complications in fecal incontinence patients,significantly reduce the degree of pain in patients and improve patient satisfaction.
