摘要
文章以某桩基础施工项目为例,从桩位控制、制作、沉放与定位护筒、设置泥浆池、制备泥浆、冲击成孔、检孔及清孔、制作及吊放钢筋笼、水下混凝土灌注等方面,介绍了公路桥梁钻孔灌注桩施工技术工艺流程,为类似路桥工程钻孔灌注桩施工技术提升及质量控制提供经验借鉴。
With a pile foundation construction project as the example,this article introduced the construction technology process of bored piles for highway bridges from the aspects of pile position control,fabrication,sink and position casing,setting of mud pool,preparing the slurry,hole drilling,hole inspection,hole cleaning,production and lifting of steel cage,and underwater concrete grouting,which can provide experience reference for the bored pile construction technology improvement and quality control of similar road and bridge projects.
