摘要 鉴于已有电路带宽较窄、通频带内幅频特性起伏大等问题,设计了一种宽带自动增益控制闭环电路,包括压控放大器、高速放大器、高速比较器、二极管整流、阻容滤波、电压调整电路、电源模块。为了使输出幅度信号幅度稳定误差小,通过调节比较器的阈值使增益放大电路处在增益线性放大区。测试表明在20kHz^40MHz范围内,可调增益为-28~45dB;在通带内,稳态输出幅度误差小。电路可作为电子设计竞赛培训模块电路,也可作为自动控制教学单元实验。 In view of the problems that the existing circuit pass-band bandwidth is small,the amplitude frequency characteristic is large in the passband,etc.,a wide-band automatic gain control closed-loop circuit including the voltage control amplifier,high speed amplifier,high speed comparator,diode rectifier,resistance capacitance filter,voltage adjustment circuit and power module is designed.In order to make the output amplitude signal amplitude stable error small,and by adjusting the threshold of the comparator,the gain amplifying circuit is in the gain linear amplification region.The test shows that that the tunable gain is-28 to45 dB in the range of 20 Kto 40 MHz.In the passband,the error of the steady-state output amplitude is small,and the circuit can be used as the circuit of the training module of the electronic design competition,and it can also be used as the experiment of the automatic control teaching unit.
