膝关节健身器材的创新设计与研究

摘要 众所周知,人老先老腿,膝关节是身体最薄弱的关节,膝关节疼痛给人们生活带来了极大不便。资料显示,正确的锻炼方式有助于人们增强膝关节稳定,减少膝关节的病发几率,很多人由于不了解正确锻炼膝关节的方式以及缺乏锻炼,反而对膝关节造成损害。本文通过医院实地调研,得出膝关节正确的锻炼方式,结合创新设计方法学,以及人机尺寸设计出一款可以在家合理锻炼膝关节的健身器材,它提供了两种正确锻炼膝关节的方式,对膝关节的磨损极小,一方面使膝关节周围的肌肉变得更加强劲,稳定和保护膝关节。另一方面可分泌润滑液,伸展拉长的腿筋及髌股关节,有利减少膝损伤的机会。 As we all know, when people are old, the knee is the weakest, and the pain of the knee is a great inconvenience to the life of the middle-aged and the elderly. The data show that there are a lot of appropriate exercises to help middleaged and elderly people slow down the rate of knee joint aging, but many people are not able to exercise, or do not grasp the right direction of movement causing damage to the knee joint. This article, through the field investigation in the hospital, combined with the innovative design methodology and the man-machine size, designs a fitness equipment that can exercise the knee at home. It has two ways to exercise the knee and provides the correct ways of exercises, so that people can not damage the knee joint during exercise and make the muscles around the knee become strong which can protect the knee joint.
