跨海集群工程BIM协同管理平台架构研究 被引量:10

摘要 深圳至中山跨海通道是继港珠澳大桥之后又一座世界级的集桥、岛、隧为一体的大型跨海工程,建设期项目管理具有业务复杂程度高、用户角色和数量多、数据体量庞大、工作界面繁多、信息系统参建方多等特点,因此研究基于BIM技术的项目协同管理具有非常重要的现实意义。首先从业务视角分层次梳理深中通道施工过程项目管理的所有业务功能和工作界面,实现建设阶段项目协同管理功能,如进度管理、安全管理、质量管理、计量支付管理、项目OA等从数据到业务的协同,并提出实现协同管理的基本要素;其次,考虑到深中通道项目BIM协同管理平台系统架构的整体复杂程度高,在明确需求的基础上,分3个视图研究分析深中通道BIM协同管理平台的架构,并分别与相应的需求进行匹配验证;最后,开发深中通道的BIM协同管理平台,提供用户使用的包括Web,PC和手机移动端3个客户端,通过用户权限根据用户需求分配不同的权限和功能,实现基于BIM的施工数据统一存储,并达到不同业务的过程协同和不同用户角色的工作协同的目的。研究表明,基于BIM的项目协同管理平台架构可以适应大型工程项目复杂业务流程定制和庞大数据的高效存储与管理,同时可以作为大型工程项目系统集成的支撑架构。 The Shenzhen -Zhongshan sea-crossing channel is a world-class cluster engineering integrated with bridge, island and tunnel after the Hong Kong - Zhuhai - Macao Bridge. In the construction period, the project management has many characteristics, such as high complexity of business, many user roles, large amount of data, multiple work interfaces, and many information system participants, therefore, the research of project coordinative management based on BIM technology has a very important practical significance. First, we systematically sorted out all the business functions and work interfaces of the project management of the channel construction process from the business perspective, realized the cooperative management function of the construction phase from data cooperation to business cooperation, such as progress management, security management, quality management, measurement and payment management, project OA and so on, and put forward the basic elements for realizing collaborative management. Second, considering the overall complexity of the BIM collaborative management platform architecture of the Shenzhen - Zhongshan channel project, based on the cleared requirements, we analyzed the platform architecture of the collaborative management with 3 views, and verified them respectively with the corresponding requirements. Finally, we developed the BIM cooperative management platform for the Shenzhen - Zhongshan channel, which provides 3 clients including Web, PC and mobile phone terminal. It assigns different privileges and functions to the user requirements by the user rights. The purpose is to achieve unified storage of construction data based on BIM, to achieve process collaboration of different business processes and to work synergy among different user roles. The research shows that the project collaborative management platform architecture based on BIM technology can adapt to the complex business process customization and the efficient storage and management of large data for large-scale projects, and also can be used as a support framework for large-scale engineering project system integration.
