摘要
目的探析细节护理在食管癌术中经左胸径路留置右胸防返流引流袋护理中的应用效果。方法方便选择2010年1月—2015年10月该院62例食管癌术中经左胸径路留置右胸防返流引流袋患者作为研究对象,应用随机数表法将其分2组,其中对照组(n=31)予以常规外科护理,而观察组(n=31)在此基础上加行细节护理,比较两组术后并发症发生情况以及患者满意度。结果观察组术后并发症发生率6.45%,明显低于对照组的25.81%(χ~2=4.292,P=0.038);观察组术后引流时间(73.01±5.48)h,对照组为(89.04±8.14)h,组间差异有统计学意义(t=9.093,P=0.000);观察组患者对护理工作的满意度96.77%,显著高于对照组的77.42%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.167,P=0.023)。结论对食管癌术中经左胸径路留置右胸防返流引流袋患者予以细节护理能够有效减少或预防并发症发生,缩短引流时间,减轻患者的痛苦,提高其满意度。
Objective To study the effect of detail nursing on the postoperative complications of patients with indwelling right chest antireflux drainage bag by the left chest path in the esophagus cancer. Methods 62 cases of patients with indwelling right chest antireflux drainage bag by the left chest path in the esophagus cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2010 to October 2015 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups with 31 cases in each, the control group used the routine surgical nursing, while the observation group used the detail nursing on the basis of the control group, and the occurrence of postoperative complications and satisfactory degree were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was obviously lower that in the control group,（6.45% vs 25.81%）,（χ~2=4.292, P=0.038）, and the postoperative drainage time in the observation group and in the control group was respectively（73.01±5.48）h and（89.04±8.14）h, and the difference was stignificant statistically（t=9.093,P=0.000）; and the satisfactory degree to the nursing work in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（96.77% vs 77.42%）,the difference was stignificant statistically（χ~2=5.167, P=0.023）. Conclusion The detail nursing of patients with indwelling right chest reflux drainage bag by the left chest path in the esophagus cancer can effectively reduce or prevent the occurrence of complications, shorten the drainage time, relieve the pains of patients and improve the satisfactory degree.
