Objective To study the clinical curative effect and safety of inhaled corticosteroid adjuvant therapy of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia. Methods 96 cases of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2016 were convenient selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 48 cases in each, the observation group used the inhaled routine therapy and glucocorticoid adjunctive therapy, while the control group used the routine therapy, and the CRP, clinical symptoms, treatment effect and effect on the incidence rate of adverse reactions were studied. Results The CRP in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group(t=25.186, P〈0.05), and the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(97.92% vs 89.58%),(χ~2=5.935, P〈0.05), and the incidence rate of adverse reactions was obviously lower than that in the control group(2.08% vs10.42%),(χ~2=5.935, P〈0.05). Conclusion The application of inhaled corticosteroid adjuvant therapy of children with mycoplasmal pneumonia in the children with mycoplasmal pneumonia can improve the treatment effect, improve the clinical symptoms and effectively reduce the CRP with lower incidence rate of adverse reactions, and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
