摘要
由于香菇具有极高的营养价值和药用价值,各种各样的产品被陆续开发出来。本文概述了近年来香菇食品及香菇饮料的加工现状,并为香菇的精深加工与开发提供了新的思路及建议,以期为香菇食品及饮品的进一步开发提供参考。
All kinds of Letinous edodes products have been developed in succession because of its high nutritional value and medicinal value.This paper summarized the processing status of Letinous edodes food and beverage in recent years,and provided new ideas and suggestions for the deep processing and development of Letinous edodes,in onter to provide references for further development of Letinous edodes food and beverage.
