摘要
加快一流大学和一流学科建设,实现高等教育内涵式发展是党的十九大提出的高等教育强国建设的必由之路。在分析高等教育内涵式发展的背景及重要性的基础上,针对高等教育内涵式发展存在的问题,提出高等教育研究有必要对"什么是高等教育内涵式发展""高等教育内涵式发展与外延式发展有什么不同""高等教育内涵式发展的任务(要素)是什么""高等教育内涵式发展的动力何在""高等教育内涵式发展需要采取什么举措"等问题作出回答。从而根本解决高等教育内涵式发展的思想和认识问题,在舆论上对高等教育的内涵式发展进行发动,在理论上为高等教育内涵式发展予以必要的理性指导,这是高等教育研究适逢其时的责任。
Speeding up the construction of first-class universities and first-class disciplines and realizing the connotative development of higher education are the inevitable choices for the 19th National Congress of the CPC to build a powerful country of higher education. Based on thebackground, importance and problems of the connotation development of higher education, the research of higher education is necessary to answer those questions of ＂what is the connotation development of higher education what is the difference between the connotation development and the extension of higher education＂ ＂What is the task （the essential element） of the connotation development of higher education＂ ＂what is the motive force of the connotation development of higher education＂＂what measures should be taken to develop the connotation of higher education＂ etc. Therefore, we can fundamentally solve the ideological and cognitive problems of the connotation development of higher education, launch the connotation development of higher education in public opinion, and give the necessary rational guidance for the connotation development of higher education in theory, which is the timely responsibility of the higher education research.
