摘要
目的探讨以萨提亚模式心理干预对老年精神病患者遵医行为、攻击行为以及社会技能的影响。方法选取本院收治的118例老年精神病患者,随机分为对照组和干预组各59例。予以对照组常规护理,干预组在常规护理的基础上实施以萨提亚模式心理干预为核心的护理措施。对比2组患者干预后的治疗的依从性,患者攻击行为的不良事件发生率,日常生活能力评分,护理干预之后的POMS量表评分。结果干预组患者的依从性优于对照组(P<0.05);干预组患者不良事件发生率为18.6%低于对照组的27.1%(P<0.05);干预组的日常生活能力量表评分优于对照组(P<0.05),干预组POMS量表评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年精神病患者实施萨提亚模式心理干预能够提高患者对医护人员以及家属的依从性,可以降低攻击行为的发生率,保证医院日常平稳运行,提高患者的生活水平,值得临床推广。
Objective To study influence of psychological intervention based on Satir model on medical behavior,aggressive behavior,and social skills in elderly patients with mental illness.Methods A total of 118 senile patients with psychosis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 59 cases per group. Control group was given routine nursing care,while the intervention group implemented psychological intervention based on Satir model.Treatment adherence,incidence of adverse events,daily life ability score and POMS scores after intervention were compared. Results The intervention group had better compliance rate than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse events was 18. 6%,which was significantly lower than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Intervention group had better daily life ability scale score,and POMS scale score than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Satir model psychological intervention can improve adherence to medical staff and families,reduce the incidence of aggressive behavior,guarantee normal operation in hospital and improve the quality of life in patients.
