摘要
目的探讨麻黄附子细辛汤联合常规西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎的临床疗效。方法将2016年1月—2016年6月期间在新疆维吾尔自治区中医医院诊治的50例小儿支气管肺炎患儿,采用随机对照方法将患儿分成两组,治疗组50例将采用麻黄附子细辛汤联合西药治疗,对照组50例将采用西药常规对症治疗,比较两组患儿的临床症状和体征缓解时间及住院天数来评价临床治疗效果。结果治疗组在临床有效率,发热、咳嗽、肺部啰音等症状体征消失时间及住院天数均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论运用麻黄附子细辛汤联合常规西药治疗小儿支气管肺炎较单纯运用常规西药治疗,麻黄附子细辛汤组具有更好的临床疗效,能更快的减轻患儿的痛苦,同时能减少住院天数,减轻患儿家长的经济负担,值得在临床上进一步推广使用。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods One hundred children with pediatric bronchopneumonia diagnosed in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Hospital between January 2016 and June2016 were randomized and divided into two groups. 50 patients in the treatment group were treated with Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction combined with Western medicine treatment,and 50 cases of the control group were treated with conventional Western symptomatic treatment. The clinical symptoms and signs of the two groups of children with the time of remission and hospital stay were compared to evaluate the clinical treatment. Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in clinical efficacy,fever,cough,pulmonary rales and other symptoms disappearing time and hospital days,and the difference was statistically significant( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The combination of Mahuang Fuzi Xixin Decoction and conventional western medicine in the treatment of pediatric bronchopneumonia is more effective than conventional western medicine. Mahuang Fuzi Xixin decoction group has better clinical efficacy,can relieve the pain of children more quickly,and can reduce hospitalization days,and relieve the economic burden of parents of children. It is worth further promotion in the clinical use.
