摘要
α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂是一类以延缓肠道糖类吸收而达到治疗糖尿病的口服降糖药物,对糖尿病及糖尿病并发症的预防和治疗有很好的效果。近年来,从天然资源中寻找新的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂已成为防治糖尿病的研究热点。本文综述了近5年来植物来源的天然α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂,为进一步寻找新的、有效的α-葡萄糖苷酶抑制剂类药物提供依据。
a-glucosidase inhibitor is a an oral hypoglycemic medication, which can retard the intestinal absorption of carbohydrate, and therefore has good therapeutic effect on diabetes mellitus and related complications. In recent years, new a-glucosidase inhibitors from plant sources for the prevention and treatment of diabetes mellitus have become a hot topic. The current review summarized the research advance in natural a-glucosidase inhibitors from medicinal plants in the recent 5 years, and expected the discovery of natural a-glucosidase inhibitors.
