摘要
SMP-共面波导(Coplanar Waveguide,CPW)传输线转接结构广泛应用于小型化、阵列化微波系统,所引入的阻抗不连续往往对射频信号的传输性能造成严重影响。采用时域反射计(Time-Domain Reflectometer,TDR)仿真技术对SMP-CPW传输线转换结构进行建模、仿真和装配方案优化,并获得了良好的阻抗匹配特性。按照优化后模型加工出了实际电路,经过测试,优化后的转接结构在DC^10 GHz频率范围内展现出较好的射频特性,并与仿真结果有较好的一致性,从而验证了TDR仿真方法对分析SMP-CPW传输线过渡结构的正确性。
SMP-coplanar waveguide transmission line transitions are widely used in miniaturized and array microwave systems.The impedance mismatch introduced by the transition of SMP-coplanar waveguide transmission line seriously affects the transmission performance of RF signal.In this paper,TDR simulation technology is used to model,simulate and optimize the SMP-coplanar waveguide transmission line transfer structure,and good impedance performance is obtained. The measurements show that good RF characteristics are obtained in frequency range of DC ~ 10 GHz,and good agreements with simulation results are achieved,which verifies the validity of the TDR simulation method in the analysis and optimization of SMP-coplanar waveguide transmission line transition.
