摘要
饲料经微生物发酵后可改善饲料适口性、提高畜禽免疫力、降低生产成本,并降解饲料中有害成分、改善饲养环境。文章通过阐述微生物发酵饲料的发展优势、作用机理及在猪禽生产中的应用,以期为畜牧业微生物发酵饲料的应用提供参考。
Microbial fermentation feed can not only enhance immunity of livestock and poultry, improve the palatability of feed and reduce the cost of production, but also degrade harmful ingredients in feed and improve the breeding environment. This paper describes the development advantages and mechanism of microbial fermentation feed and its application in the production of pig and poultry in order to provide reference for the application of microbial fermentation feed in animal husbandry industry.
