摘要
目的研究手术室感染管理对降低全麻患者术后肺部感染的效果。方法研究对象选取我院2015年10月至2017年10月收治的行全麻手术患者219例,手术室感染管理于2016年10月正式实施,其中2015年10月至2016年9月共104例患者,作为对照组,2016年10月到2017年10月共115例患者,作为观察组。比较实施前、后手术室各项指标的卫生检测合格率,同时比较两组患者的肺部感染率。结果手术室感染管理实施后的手术室空气质量、物体表面、消毒剂、无菌物品以及专职人员手部等指标的卫生检测合格率明显高于实施前(P<0.05);观察组的术后肺部感染总发生率为5.22%,明显低于对照组的22.11%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室感染管理专职人员可加强手术室无菌操作及效果,降低全麻患者肺部感染率,提高手术救治质量,值得在临床推广。
Objective To study the effect of 7S operating room infection mana gement on reducing postoperativepulmonary infection in patients with general anesthesia. Methods A total of 219 patients with general anesthesia in ourhospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected. The infection management of operating room was carried out inOctober 2016, and 104 patients were treated from October 2015 to September 2016 as control group, 115 patients weretreated from October 2016 to October 2017 as observation group. The qualified rate of hygienic examination in operationroom index before and after the implementation, the lung infection rate of the two groups were compared. Results Thequalified rate of air quality, object surface, disinfectant, sterility and hand of professional staff in operation room afterinfection management was significantly higher than those before operation （P〈0.05）, and the total incidence of pulmonaryinfection in the observation group was 5.22%, which was significantly lower than 22.11% in the control group, thedifference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The professional staff of infection management in operatingroom can strengthen the sterile operation and effect of operation room, reduce the pulmonary infection rate of patients withgeneral anesthesia, and improve the quality of surgical treatment. It is worthy of promotion in clinic.
