摘要
随着城市发展的不断扩张所产生的制约因素也越来越明显,其中较为突出的就是土地资源。土地资源承载力是指在一定的条件下土地资源所能容纳的人口规模和经济建设规模大小。运用均方差决策分析法,通过对水土资源承载系统、生态环境承载系统、社会资源承载系统和经济技术承载系统下共20项指标的定量综合评价,明确各区域土地综合承载力优势、级差及其利用的主要制约因素。结果表明:滇中城市群的水土资源承载力是城市群综合承载力的关键因素,经济技术承载力是短板因素;其中昆明市的综合承载力最大,曲靖市的综合承载力最小,楚雄市和玉溪市居中,根据分析出现的问题,从城市未来发展模式和方向等提出了相关的建议。
