摘要
在工业物联网中,远程的设备控制与维护是工厂智能制造系统的重要组成。OPC技术被用于解决工业设备和应用程序之间的接口标准化问题,通过组态软件实现本地的过程控制。分析工业网络传统模式的问题,结合OPC与MQTT的相关技术,设计出工业物联网网关模型,并利用C#语言实现网关程序,实现工业设备的远程控制和数据采集。
In the industrial networking, remote equipment control and maintenance is an important component of the factory intelligent manufacturing system. OPC technology is used to solve the interface standardization between industrial equipment and applications, through the configuration software to achieve local process control. This paper analyzes the traditional model of industrial network, combines the OPC technology and MQTT technology, designs the industrial networking gateway model, and uses C # language to realize the gateway program, realizes the industrial equipment remote control and the data acquisition.
