摘要
猪圆环病毒3型(Porcine circovirus 3,PCV-3)是近2年从猪体内新检测到的病原。为了解我国猪群的PCV-3感染现状、临床症状和病变特征,在分析流行病学资料基础上,运用荧光PCR技术,对部分猪场采集的80份病料进行PCV-3检测。结果表明,我国至少已有山东、河南、福建、广西等4省份的猪群存在PCV-3感染;发病样品中的PCV-3个体感染率为27.50%,表明我国部分猪群中PCV-3感染较普遍;腹泻样品的感染率最高,为34.09%,而呼吸道症状、流产和高热样品的感染率分别为27.27%、22.22%和14.29%,提示腹泻可能与PCV-3感染的相关性最强,而腹泻样品可能是检测PCV-3的较佳采样器官;不同生长阶段仔猪的感染率不同,保育仔猪感染率最高(40.00%),其次是流产胎儿(20.00%),哺乳仔猪最低(12.50%)。这些结果为PCV-3的采样、监测和防控提供了依据。
Porcine circovirus 3(PCV-3)is a novel virus which has been detected from pig samples in recent two years.In order to recognize the infection status,symptoms and pathological characteristics,80 field samples were collected and detected by real time PCR assay on the basis of analyzing the epidemiological information and data.Results showed that PCV-3 infection existed at least in 4 provinces of China consisting of Shandong,Henan,Fujian and Guangxi.The individual detection rate(IDR)of PCV-3 was 27.50% in overall samples,which indicated PCV-3 infection in some pig farms was relatively common.The highest IDR of 34.09% was detected from diarrhea samples,while the IDR of samples of respiratory symptom,abortion and high fever were 27.27%,22.22% and 14.29%,respectively,indicating diarrhea may have the highest correlation with PCV-3,hence the diarrhea samples may be the best sampling organs for detecting PCV-3.Additionally,the different growth stages of piglets had a divergence of IDR,and nursery pigs had higher IDR(ratio of 40.00%)than aborted fetus(ratio of 20.00%)and suckling piglets(ratio of 12.50%).These results would provide efficient information for PCV-3 sampling,surveillance,prevention and control.
