摘要
目的探讨硝苯地平控释片联合盐酸贝那普利片对老年高血压治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年1月—2017年1月收治的110例老年高血压患者为研究对象,根据治疗药物不同分为两组,观察组55例患者给予硝苯地平控释片与盐酸贝那普利片联合治疗,对照组55例患者给予盐酸贝那普利片治疗,对比两组患者临床疗效和治疗前后两组患者血压水平以及不良反应发生率。结果两组患者临床治疗总有效率对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者DBP、SBP对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者DBP、SBP对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年高血压联合使用盐酸贝那普利片与硝苯地平控释片效果显著,能有效控制血压。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets combined with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets in the treatment of senile hypertension. Methods 110 cases ofelderly hypertensive patients admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2017 were selected as the research object. They were divided into two groups according to the different therapeutic drugs, 55 patients in the observation group were treated with Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets and Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets, and 55 patients in the control group were treated with Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets, and the two groups were compared. The clinical efficacy and the blood pressure level and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results There was a significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The difference of DBP and SBP in the two groups before treatment was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）, and the difference of DBP and SBP in the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined use of Benazepril Hydrochloride Tablets and Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets in elderly hypertension is effective and effective in controlling blood pressure.
